I'm running because I don't believe that politicians in Des Moines are working for my daughter, for my neighbors or for those who've never had someone in their corner.

I'm ready to do the work.

The goals & how we get there

Affordable, accessible childcare

Provide incentives for parents and providers; supporting working parents benefits kids AND the Iowa economy

Bodily Autonomy

Allow patients and doctors to make educated decisions about treatment without interference from the government

Equitable access to healthcare

Expand access to affordable, comprehensive healthcare

Fully funded public education

Claw back the irresponsibly allocated voucher money; fund schools at a rate that keeps pace with inflation

Economic mobility

Create tax credits for small businesses and new graduates who stay in Iowa

Ask me anything.

Duotone Family
How old are you?

I turn 38 this year and think the perspective of a young (ish) mom is needed at the capitol.

We have the opportunity to make the state capitol look more like the people represented there and even though I'm considered "young" by political standards, I am ready to make the changes we need to attract more families to our state.

What experience do you bring to the table?

I’ve had a lot of jobs, from child welfare to financial services and I’ve seen policy failures up close.

I’m the founder of Moms for Iowa, a grassroots initiative making public policy accessible for busy Iowa parents, and I’ve served on local boards and statewide political committees. All of these experiences have solidified one thing about me - I am on this earth to be of service to others.

So you get elected; what comes next?

I will prioritize clear communication via a variety of channels so you always know what’s going on at the capitol and how new legislation will affect you. Helping my future constituents is my top priority, so if you ever need a hand, all you have to do is ask.

How can I get involved with your campaign?

Oh my gosh, that's so nice! If you are ready to knock doors, make phone calls, host a yard sign, or make a donation —there’s a place for you here.
